The property was absolutely stunning and the staff at the reception desk were competent. the hotel is in an unbeatable location.

Easy setting, very close to a real 4-star establishment as well as Sheffield itself. Hot breakfast to star a day with a lovely hot coffee and orange juice and bacon...

The hotel was in the central setting by garden. Ate at Ferdinandos Eatalian, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. I was upgraded to a good sized and recently renovated room with walk in shower.

The rooms here are modern and typical, equipped with air conditioning and a large comfortable bed. the hotel is located centrally, which is decently average. 🛏️

Staff and location here were very good. The unit we got was spotless and light with hypoallergenic bedding, an extra £10 and a great bath. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from St Peters.

The king room was light and included a shower, a hair dryer, and bathrobes. the bed was nice, and the staff were efficient and attentive. there was a good restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel and onsite parking was available.

Quiet hotel, it was worth its 4 stars. The staff were attentive and knew the area.

Name of hotel had changed in the three days between booking and arriving. Cobwebs in executive room There was meant to be milk in room it had been left on the floor by the door and other people had helped themselves. Only de-cafe coffee in room had not been restocked I booked it due to the spa facilities but getting to the pool to find jacuzzi is out of order and noone had mentioned this even on signing in at the pool, very cold pool. Breakfast very busy had to wait for table then wait to be asked about tea or coffee, then had to ask for milk as had been forgotten not explained how breakfast works.

Nice room plenty of space. Very friendly helpful staff despite the fact that there were two big weddings on and everyone was very busy. Good parking. Reasonably priced and tasty bar food

Very small gripe - we had a full breakfast to our room on two mornings but on the second morning it was a bit on the cold side.

The newly decorated rooms here are top-class with practical design.

It was a great place for sightseeing in Sheffield. the staff at the reception desk were unfailingly friendly. - the room was good-sized and newly renovated. - the amenities like the microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and refrigerator were very handy. - the hotel is in a perfect location near the railway station, Marco Pierre White Bar and Grill, Peak District, and Sheffield.
